Okay so our family will be making all the food for my wedding reception. We are estimating around 175 people. I am just wondering on an estimate for the quantity which we would need. It will be a served buffet style supper. So we will be having ham, turkey, oven fried rice, rolls, and a different variety of salads. |

ham, allow 3 ounces ready to serve or 4 ounces boneless per person; 1 cup raisin or apricot sauce per 6 turkey, allow 1/2 pound whole turkey per person; 1 cup gravy per 4
oven fried rice, about 16 pounds dry rice rolls, 2 small per person, about 6 pounds butter
