I am making coleslaw for 120. I figured I would need about 20lb of shredded cabbage. How many ounces of dressing do I need? |

About a quart for each 6 pounds, depends on whether it is thick or thin. I would include a few pounds of red cabbage and about 4 pounds of shredded carrots for color and taste. |

Do have a look at the plan for 100 page, which covers all the standard stuff. Baked beans about 3 gallons per 100, Cole slaw 2 1/2 gsllons per 100 with tossed salad, 3 without green salad. |
