I am smoking 16 pork butts average 9lbs.I am using brinkman electric smoker that has 3 racks,pan for water and pan for wet chips as well.It ihols 6-pork buts at a time consisting of approx. 54lbs at 225 degrees farenheit.I would like to know if there is a formula for figuring out Poundage and temp and weight to figure out how long to get internal temperature to 185 degrees. |
