tri tip pulled sandwiches for70people lbs of meat?

08/05/14 		We are having 70 people for dinner with other foods. we are having tri tip sandwiches that are seared then slow roasted for about 5 hours. Not sure on how much meat to buy?

08/05/14 		The meat shrinks up to 1/3 and you want at least 5 ounces per person, so 1 pound raw per person.
