I purchased 40 pounds of Frozen Green Beans at Costco. Can you please tell me how much bacon and onion to add? Is 40 pounds too much? Thank you Ellen!! |

I usually cook 22 pounds per 100- 1- 1 1/2 ounces bacon per pound- That's about a pound for each 10 pounds beans, or 3-4 pounds. 4 ounces onion per pound- That's 10 pounds onions also, have stopped using bacon, because lots of people are not eating pork or not eating meat these days. Julienne sun dried tomatoes are a good sub. |
