08/08/14 		Sue, on the plan for 100 page, there is a table for fish, different types, pieces, fillets, etc. Get 1/4 the amount for 100 and add a pound for hearty eaters.

If you are buyig already fried and it is the only meat dish, get at least 2 pounds for every 5 people, up to 1/2 pound each.
