Yeast-free Bread Machine recipes?

01/12/06 		Is anyone aware of bread-machine recipes that are yeast-free?
It seems, I've heard that some people have had success making breads in these machines without using yeast or sourdough. But I don't know where to start to look to find any such recipes, since the whole point of these machines is to facilitate yeast breads.
Does this ring a bell with anyone?

01/14/06 		The only recipes of this type I have seen are baking powder/ quick breads. These recipes are in some on the specialty sread machine cookbooks.

Ypou can also make puddings, jams, and desserts in some of these machines.
