I am thinking of doing the catering for an event being planned for Aug 30 - for about 60 people

The host is looking for pasta with meatballs, salad and probably garlic bread or bread sticks

What quantity should I get of each to get this together - and I am not even sure how to charge per person?

Em, this is 2/3 of 100 and you can use my spaghetti page article on spaghetti dinner for 50-60 to help you with amounts.

I don't do costs.
