Planning a wedding reception for 300 people. The menu is ham & turkey, rolls, veggie tray, pasta salads, fruit salads & hot cassarole. What I need is how much of everything do I need to get. Also the salads and cassaroles will be brought by friends so what size will they need to bring. Thank you
