Can you mix egg casseroles with meat at night and refrigerate so that in the am you just pull it out and cook. Do you need to adjust the temp because it is cold |

Yes, as long as it starts with cold eggs, is mixed and goes straight back in the refrigerator. Yes, add about 10 minutes, and be sure the center of the casserole reaches 165 (use a thermometer- it's a safety issue).
