Amounts, yes; o to the spaghetti page, see the spaghetti dinner for 50-60 and count on it to serve 60, then just multiply. This is a huge amount of pasta and boiling water, so, I can't advise about the cooking arrangements. You are talking many 5-6 gallon pots. Making baked ziti to feed a crowd of 50 all arriving at same time. helpful lotsa pasta chart states approx. 1 hr to bake 9x13 pan of baked pasta at 350 degrees. Is this an appropriate time for 3-4 pans in the oven at the same time? Have one oven to use. |

Yes, the timing does not change much. What I do is put in about 20 minutes early, check for an instant temp in the middle of 165, and turn oven to 180 when the casseroles reach 165, to hold. |
