Leg quarters and salmon for 30 adults and 12 kids

Hi Ellen,
I'm planning to prepare chicken (leg quarters, cut-up) and salmon for about 30 adults and 12 or so children. I want there to be enough so that each adult can get both proteins.
I'm also doing two starches and steamed vegetables, as the sides.
How many pounds of the raw leg quarters do I need to purchase and how many pounds of salmon.
I'm assuming the children's portions are about half of an adult portion, right??

I would do about 12 pounds salmon total and 1 piece of chicken per person, regardless of age. Glad you like the site.
