Wondering how many lbs pasta the receipe for the simple sauce is made to cover? Thank you! Need it as a side for 100. |

That is enough for about 1 pound of pasta, you need a quart for each pound of pasta; 1 pound pasta, 1/2 to 1 pound cheese, 1 quart sauce, for each 8-10 people (6 if it is the main course). |
