I am making lasagna for 85 people and would like to know how many 9X13 pans I would need. Plus I would like a good recipe for vegetable lasagna for the veggitarians. |

Use the lasagna planning table in the middle of the spaghetti page, do 5/6 the amount for 100. There are many ways to make a vegetarian lasagna. Put "vegetable lasagna" in a google search and you will be happy with the choices. |
