I have a wedding to do for 125 guests, menu is pork roast, potato salad and macaroni salad, sweet corn and rolls. how much of each? thanks

You can estimate all these from the plan for 100 tables.

pork roast, 63 pounds boneless

potato salad and macaroni salad, 45 pounds raw potatoes and 6 pounds dry pasta plus add-ins.

sweet corn- cobbettes, 5 per 4 people, full cobs, 1 per person plus 10%

rolls, 2 small per person, or 6 large per 4 people- about 12-14 pounds total per 100.
4 pounds butter
