I have a wedding to do for 125 guests, menu is pork roast, potato salad and macaroni salad, sweet corn and rolls. how much of each? thanks |

You can estimate all these from the plan for 100 tables. pork roast, 63 pounds boneless potato salad and macaroni salad, 45 pounds raw potatoes and 6 pounds dry pasta plus add-ins. sweet corn- cobbettes, 5 per 4 people, full cobs, 1 per person plus 10%
rolls, 2 small per person, or 6 large per 4 people- about 12-14 pounds total per 100. |
