Ellen, Help! We will be preparing food to serve 300 people in December. Our hours of service will be 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. We are planning on serving ham and turkey sandwiches, baked beans, potato salad OR a hot potato dish (which ever would be more cost effective),and coleslaw. Desserts will be donated. How much of each item should we prepare? And would you recommend that we add anything else or make any substitutions? Thank you SO much for helping us with this! Ann |
