I'm going to be cooking for 100 ladies at a church luncheon this is my menu Pot roast, Mashed Potatoes & Gravey,Green Bean casserole, Rolls & Butter. Dessert: Pumpkin Pie. Do I need two meats and how pounds of Potatoes for the mashed potatoes? |

No, one is fine, do abou45-50 pounds raw. 35-40 pounds potatoes for mashed. Do have something that any non-meat eaters can use for an entree, with 100 there may be some. could be as simple as a green salad with chopped egg, chick peas, and shredded cheese as choices for toppings. |
