I am taking brats to a tailgate party for about 35 and want to serve them out of a roaster. What is the best way to prepare them and keep them plump and juicy? Thanks so much!!! |

Steamed or simmered in beer. You can put a rack in the bottom, beer up to the rack, bring to steam, and steam. When cooked, turn roaster to 180-200. If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a dime or quarter per person, to support this site. Thanks. |
