Defrosting sausage and peppers

09/05/14 		How do you defrost a large metal tray of sausage, peppers and potatoes without ruining it?

09/05/14 		Over about 2 days in a refrigerator, then heat tightly covered in a preheated 325 oven for about 25 minutes per inch of depth.
