I was asked to make a full tray of sausage and peppers. How much sausage and peppers do I need? 60 people and I also cut my sausages in four pieces. I do not leave them whole. |

A full tray is about 24 full servings, so about 7-8 pounds of sausage, equal weight veggies. |
