Hi. I am planning a christening party with 65 adults and 10 kids. I was planning on getting the following: 1 6ft american hero 1 6ft italian hero potato salad macaroni salad 1 6ft meatball parm hero 1 full tray penne a la vodka 1 full tray eggplant rollatini 1 full tray caesar salad Is this enough? And how much of the potato and macaroni salad should I get? Thanks. |

Those 6 foot heroes serve about 24 per sandwich. while the trays only serve about 20. With the pasta and potato salad. I suggest you skip the penne and get 2 trays each of the eggplant and the salad- but even consider making the salad yourself, much cheaper, do 3/4 the amount for 100 on the plan for 100 page. You want about 3 gallons of potato salad (about 30 pounds potatoes) and 2 1/2 gallons (about 4 pounds dry pasta) to make the salad. These are easy and can be made the day ahead, do 2/3 the amount for 100 from any of the recipes for 100 on this site. Or make just one and add 5 pints of chips and 5 pounds of dip/salsa. If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a dime per guest, to support this site. |
