I am having a wine tasting cocktail party for 30 people. The foods will complement the wines. I am having a large antipasti tray, filet mignon thinly sliced with crostini and sauce, pork tenderloin, 5 lbs roasted shrimp mini cheesesteak spring rolls, mini quiche, mini crabcakes and an imported cheese tray. How much of the individual apps do I need. |

Yum. It depends on both what time the party starts and how long it lasts. You need to write back with mare details, also to tell me what is: "5 lbs roasted shrimp mini cheesesteak spring rolls, " I would definitely have a fruit tray with dried figs and apricots, maybe dates, and some melon with this lovely menu. |

the party will start at 6pm. The food will be out for about 2 hours before serving dessert. I roast my shrimp instead of boiling them. It is a thousand times better. Mini cheese steak spring rolls are (I'm from Philly), egg roll wrappers filled with very thinly sliced steak and American cheese. |

wine tasting cocktail party, 30 people Yes roasting shrimp concentrates the flavor. Your guests will be eating their dinner, so the amounts are larger than at a later cocktail type party.
large antipasti tray, about 6 pounds pork tenderloin, 1 pound raw per 6, may tiny great rolls to go with?
5 lbs roasted shrimp I would do 6, maybe 7, very very popular Don't neglect the fruit tray. |
