Need to Make chicken and rice (with whole chicken pieces) in a steam table size pan. I like the old recipe using cream of mushroom soup and dry onion soup, but not sure how to increase the recipe and have it cook right. |

You need about 2 1/2 steam table pans for 50, 5 pounds (12-14 cups) of rice. Increase the rest to go with the amount of rice. Only use 1/2 as much salt when multiplying, the onion soup is quite salty. |
