We have an annual women's event & the expected attendance is approximately 300. My question is for the amounts on the following. Am I accurate with 175 lbs of chuck roast; 13 gallons mashed potatoes with gravy? Lastly is the ham. I am unsure of how many pounds are needed when also serving the roast. Could you help with that? |

Kelly, if I were doing this meal. I would do no more than 150 pounds chuck plus 60 pounds ham and expect to have some left. Potatoes are OK, 3/4 cup per person, but none extra, likely fine with ladies as many will skip. |
