I would use the church social chili recipe this site as a guide for quantities and make 4 times the recipe for 300 people. Rice, 8-10 pounds dry per 100. Beans same, or 3 gallons canned (4#10 cans) per 100.potato salad, 4 gallons or 40 pounds potatoes per 100. |
