I am looking to make buffet jambalaya in an 18 qt nesco roaster and and having a hard time figuring proportions for that pot. I'd like to make it and serve all in the nesco pot. I will be serving 40 with other side dishes. Any advice on serving size and quantities most appreciated!! Diane |
