Hi good day to all. I have eaten this finely shredded crunchy green vege. Looks like its deep fried, something liked its tossed quickly into oil n removed almost quickly. Would be glad if anyone knows how and which green leaf vege...oh is sure taste nice with rice. tq. |

Betting it was kale, the current trendy green for French frying, roasting and generally foolin around with. |

Thank you. It tasted nice with the rice of sweet sour fish. I think could be common in hongkong as ate in a hk name restoran here malaysia. Need surf what is kale...hehe. |
