I'm having my daughter a sweet 16 party and am making a pasta salad as one of the sides. How many trays of pasta salad do I need to feed 100 people? |

Virginia, You need 6 pounds of dry pasta- or up to 8 if there are not other side dishes- for 100 people. There are really good pasta salad recipes for 100 on this site- see the Big Pots page.
