how many lbs of shrimp for 100 people to make shrimp salad. Using ice cream dipper for shrimp salad on lettuce piece. Also serving crab soup and a red lobster biscuit w/it? |

Lots of finely chopped celery and fresh chopped parsley helps fill out the salad. At least 1 pound cooked, peeled shrimp per 5; 1 pound per 4 is better. |
