I need to know how much to prepare for 150 guest? I am preparing old fashion Mac and cheese. Here is my usually recipe that I use. As a side dish, you need at least 12 pounds of dry pasta, and 16-18 would not be too much if this is the only starchy side dish; your recipe uses 1/2 pound. My basic approach to mac and cheese is 1 quart cream sauce and 1.2 to 1 pound cheese per pound of pasta. |
