my daughter is a senior in high school this year. Her school's PTA is sponsoring a senior breakfast for the senior class. I have been asked 2get information together and provide fruit salad as a side item dish for the breakfast. How many gallons of fruit would you recommend for approximately 300 students? |

About 3 gallons per 100- 2 1/2 is OK if there are a lot of other side dishes |
