I'm fixing these sandwiches for 300 people. It will be a choose one or the other type deal...how much of each meat will I need? Raw weight for the pork, and the sausage is already cooked...thank you! Jill |

Jill, it matters whether it is free or paid, what the side dishes are, and what region the crowd is in, as well as the age and mix of the crowd. Can you send more info? |
