If my menu contains pork/beef, chicken, fish and vegetables, plus fruits. how many kilos each i will prepare for 100 guests. Do you have any standard per person consumption. Can you give me an idea how much each i should prepare for 5 courses, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 courses menu?

Carolina, this sounds like a homework type question; in any case, not a forum topic. In USA measure, you plan to do 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 pounds food per person for a party type meal, about 1 pound for receptions. 5-7 ounces cooked weight for a party meat entree, the larger amount for more than one meat.

When you say 10 course, do you actually mean 10 dishes? Pretty much no one serves more than 4 courses these days, but some may have several dishes.
