Yes they will be with Cocktail smokies, fruit tray, veggie tray and nuts and mints. Also, I have 3 packs of cocktail smokies in the freezer from Feb. 2014. Do you think they are still good to cook or should I throw them out? |

If they went in the freezer before the expiration date, safe to use, but do have a good sauce. You know you need about 15 pounds? |

BJ, cheese straws vary hugely in size, so you have to weigh for a sample. If you are making them, a cup of flour is 4 ounces and a cup of shredded cheese is 4 ounces, so you can estimate what a recipe makes counting those two items. Also note she has no other bread or crackers, if you do, a pound can serve 10-12. |
