Our HS Football Banquet is coming up and we will have 100 athletes, 12 coaches and approx. 100 adult family members. We will be serving pulled pork, beef brisket and sliced chicken breasts. These proteins will be catered and there is an issue among some parents as to how much meat is enough for each person. The cater order is for 4 ounces of meat, total for each person. I say this is not enough. What do you experts think? |
