I'm making rigatoni and sauce the day before a wedding for about 150 people. My plan was to cook the pasta (just barely) pour the sauce on and store in those large foil pans. The next day, just reheat in oven as is. Questions...will this work? How long and at what temp should it be reheated? Thank you so much for any help :-) |

Yes that is a typical way to make it. For fastest reheating, though, you can make the pasta, stir in a little oil and then heat the sauce and mix with the pasta just before reheating. Preheat oven, 350 degrees. Takes from 45 minurtes to 1 1/2 hours from the fridge, depending on how deep it is in the pan. |
