Hello I'm looking for advice on how much food to purchase for our wedding. We are having 175 guest and would like to do a taco bar. We were thinking of having ground beef, chicken, rice, beans, guacamole, salsa, fajita peppers, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, hard and soft shells? Does anyone have a guide to help me figure out how much of each item I should get? Or any suggestion that would make serving this easier for us? Thanks!! Kait |
