how much meat

10/23/14 		how many pounds of uncooked roast beef would I need to feed approximately 75 people? Also, what's the best cut, yet not extremely expensive. We are cooking the meat with potatoes, carrots, etc.

10/23/14 		If you will patiently cook low and slow, and slice thin, either whole chuck or top round or top sirloin would be fine. About 38 pounds raw boneless.
