How many roaster pans will need to serve 300people chilli? I am thinking I will need about 90lbs of hamburger. I am not sure how many cans of beans and onions Thanks so much Have a great night |

I count on no more than 60 per roaster, as a full chili meal party portion requires about 1 quart per 3 adult eaters. You need to know that 2 roasters on the same electric circuit will blow a standard 20 amp fuse. |
