I am catering a wedding for about 80 people including kids. I am making chicken Alfredo with penned noodles chicken and Alfredo sauce. How many boxes of noodles? pounds of chicken? and jars of Alfredo sauce?

Is this a casserole that will be mixed and baked? Have you looked at the Alfredo style sauce on the spaghetti page Write back.

I will have chafing dishes keeping each thing warm. noodles- chicken and sauce.

Tough method- a real challenge to keep the chicken from drying out and the pasta from sticking together. I would at least put a thin layer of sauce over the chicken, even if I had a separate pan of Alfredo style sauce.

Assuming this is the only entree, 1 pound noodles per 6, 1 quart sauce per pound of pasta, 1 pound raw boneless chicken per 3. If you sauce the chicken, it takes about 3 cups per every 6 pounds.

You might serve chopped broccoli or Italian mixed veg as the vegetable, for any non-chicken eaters.
