| ellen 10/31/14 | Tough method- a real challenge to keep the chicken from drying out and the pasta from sticking together.  I would at least put a thin layer of sauce over the chicken, even if I had a separate pan of Alfredo style sauce. Assuming this is the only entree, 1 pound noodles per 6, 1 quart sauce per pound of pasta, 1 pound raw boneless chicken per 3. If you sauce the chicken, it takes about 3 cups per every 6 pounds. You might serve chopped broccoli or Italian mixed veg as the vegetable, for any non-chicken eaters. |
