Ellen - Awesome site!!! I'm doing the cooking for my daughter's wedding on Memorial Day weekend. I'd like to BBQ pork butt, ribs, chicken, and skewered, marinated pork loin, along with several sides. I was thinking that I could do most of the cooking ahead of time, store it in disposable aluminum pans covered with foil, freeze it, and just put them in ovens the day of the wedding to reheat. What advice would you give me? BTW - thanks for the time you spend helping others! |
