need to know the amounts to make baked zita for 450 people. It will be the main dish and we are serving salad and garlic bread. HOw much pasta, sauce and cheese. Thank you!! |

The basic guideline on this is 1 quart sauce and 1/2 to 1 pound cheese per pound of pasta. Any bread crumbs or Parm for light topping, about 6 cups per 100 If it is self serve, you want about 15 pounds pasta per 100. If you are plating, about 10% less. |
