I need to make a dressing for about 322 ounces of cabbage to serve about 250 people using mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar. I need to know the amount for the dressing ingredients. |

Probably not enough slaw for 250 people, unless it is just a sandwich condiment. About 2 quarts dressing per 16 pounds of cabbage. Several types of dressing recipes here: www.ellenskitchen.com/bigpots/plan/slaws100.html |
