I am making gourmet turkey sandwiches for 40 people out of whole turkey using only the white meat, with a generous portion. How many turkeys do I need to purchase. Thanks |

Robin, is there a reason for not purchasing the bone-in breast? Much easier to handle. Bone-in breast will give you about 10 ounces white meat per pound, almost 3 fat sandwiches, while whole turkey will only give you about 4 ounces per pound, one and a fraction. |
