peach cobbler for 100

11/05/14 		I am making fruit cobbler for about 100 guests at a banquet. I wondered if I could make it in an 18 qt roaster because of heating space in a very small kitchen.

11/05/14 		Because you want a thin layer with enough crust, it will take 2 roasters. They need to be on different electric circuits- 2 roasters will blow a standard 15 amp circuit.
