I am Preparing chickpea,lentil,pasta salads for 500 persons need help ASAP

More information is needed - are other foods being served? If so, what? Are the salads filling versions, or light versions? If just a side dish, plan on 40 pounds per 100 people, so 200 lbs prepared total. Ratio between the three how you'd like.

Jen, what I need to know for exact recommendations is, the type of event and crowd, the full menu, whether it is buffet service or plated, and whether these will serve as entree level or side dish level foods. Usually, I figure about 6 pounds dry pasta per 100 for the pasta salad, and 6-8 pounds dry beans each type per 100; but the rest of the menu can affect this recommendation.
