11/30/15 		what is the best way to cook baby carrots for 220 people? should I put them in a white cooker and stir periodically? I am going to glaze them afterwards w brown sugar and butter. Or should I roast them in oven in big pans?

11/30/15 		Roasting is much easier for large amounts. Keep the layers fairly thin and consider glazing part way through.
