I am preparing a community Thanksgiving dinner for at least 500. I have tried fixing my mashed potatoes a day ahead of time & reheating, but that hasn't really been satisfactory. This year I would like to prepare them earlier in the day, but I need suggestions on how to hold them for serving. Thank you in advance! |
