I am cooking for 120 people, making beouf bourguignon, roasted tri color potatoes and peas. I need to know how many pounds of potatoes and how many pounds of meat. I keep finding conflicting answers. Please help in any way you can, Thanks. |

I would make about 43-45 pounds raw boneless meat and 40 pounds of potatoes. Consider adding a second colorful bulk veg- grilled tomatoes? |
