11/13/14 		Noralis, use the plan for 100 table and do 1 1/4 times the amount for 100. Don't forget 6 pounds of sliced onions and a gallon of pickles for the sandwiches. You need 1 pound ready to eat pork per 4 people and 5 buns or 12 slider buns per pound of pork.
